  2. Include your WhatsApp phone number in the email
  3. Specify whether you want complete account deletion or partial data removal

Timeframe

  • Data deletion requests will be processed within 30 days
  • You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted

Retention of Required Data

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, such as:

  • Basic account information for legal compliance
  • Aggregated analytics that do not identify individual users

After Deletion

  • Your data will be permanently deleted from our active systems
  • Backup copies may take up to 90 days to be completely removed
  • You will need to create a new account if you wish to use our services again
